Our Commitment to You
We are a small team of four clinicians, a HCPC registered Podiatrist and three level 4 qualified and registered Foot Health Practitioners. We have two part time receptionists who work hard to keep clinics running smoothly and efficiently.

We offer general podiatry treatments, specialist podiatry packages, therapeutic and aesthetic treatments which are tailored to the foot health needs of the individual in a comfortable and relaxing clinical environment.
Treatments and services provided at Reid Podiatry are evidence based and are in line with standards recommended by NICE, the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) (www.hcpc-uk.org) and the College of Podiatry (www.cop.org.uk).
Your safety and the safety of our team is our priority. We have strict infection control policies which include the use of sterilised instruments for all our patients, PPE is worn by our clinicians, screens are in place in clinic and reception, hand gel is available for patient use and temperatures are taken on entry into clinic. The timing of appointments allows for cleaning down of equipment between patients.
We strive to keep ourselves updated in new treatments and procedures. Our team attend regular CPD events including conferences and courses. We also provide peer support between ourselves and to our colleagues in other practices.
What we ask of You
New patients will be emailed a registration and consent form and asked to bring the completed and signed form to their first assessment and treatment appointment. New patients who do not have a printer are ask to come 10 minutes early for their appointment to complete the form in clinic. Please rest assured your data is confidential and securely stored. We will always ask your permission to write to a third party regarding your care if required.
We welcome feedback and sometimes ask patients to complete a short satisfaction questionnaire so that we can make changes to improve our service.
We ask that you are mindful of our cancellation policy. We endeavor to offer our patients timely appointments but do get very busy at times and so hold a waiting list. Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
We are a small business and have overheads to meet in order to provide our service. Please do not just simply, not turn up for a pre booked appointment. Please telephone and cancel. All no shows will be charged the full treatment fee and no further appointments will be made available until the invoice is paid in full.
