Marie-Noelle has been qualified for over 25 years working as a podiatrist both in private practice and in the NHS. Graduating from the London Foot Hospital with a qualification in Podiatric Medicine in 1985, Marie-Noelle took up a post at West Middlesex Hospital working as part of the multi disciplinary team for diabetes and rheumatology.
Originally from Rugeley, Staffordshire she returned to the area in 2002 to have her second child and started work in 2003 for Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust as a community podiatrist. She worked both at Cannock Chase Hospital and in local community clinics and lead on quality projects and clinical audit for the podiatry service. She has an MBA from Henley Management College.
Marie-Noelle founded Reid Podiatry in 2014 offering general podiatry, specialist podiatry packages, therapeutics and aesthetic services to patients in Rugeley and surrounding towns of Cannock, Hednesford, Lichfield and Stafford and villages of Longdon, Great Haywood, Little Haywood, Heath Hayes, Colton and Abbots Bromley.
Marie-Noelle has a network of professional colleagues including a musculo-skeletal specialist podiatrist, surgical podiatrists, physiotherapist, acupuncturist, sports therapist, and reflexologist and is committed to life long learning and continuous professional development.

Owner at Orthopodics and MSK Specialist Extended Scope Podiatrist (NHS)
Scott set up his business, Orthopodics and has 13 years experience working in the Elite Sport World, treating semi professional players to professionals who have represented their country at cricket and football. His current clients include Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire County Cricket Clubs, Coventry City Football Club and Mansfield Town Football Club.
Scott also works as an MSK Specialist Extended Scope Podiatrist in the NHS treating patients with foot and ankle problems. His role is to exhaust treatment options and prevent the need for surgery, unless the presentation suggests this might be the best option moving forwards. Scott can explain an overview of what surgery may involve, including the risks, benefits and implications. His Musculoskeletal (MSK) role has a strong focus on Rheumatology conditions.
Scott has built an excellent reputation across the Midlands, where he lectures GPs, Advanced / ESP Physiotherapists, under and post graduate students. He has developed and reviews treatment pathways for foot and ankle conditions for the local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) and GPs to follow or use a guide for when to refer patients for more specialist care.
Scott prides himself on the ability to explain to a patient their diagnosis in an easy-to-understand way so that they are fully informed to help decide their best management strategy.
In addition to the above, Scott is working alongside the team at Reid Podiatry. The main focus of the role will be to provide steroid injections and consultation to help patients navigate the best solution for their pain.
Emma Louise Jones DipFH, MCFHP, MAFHP
Foot Health Practitioner
Emma has worked in the Beauty Sector since 2004 specialising in pedicures and beauty treatments. She decided to retrain after developing an interest in foot conditions and the wish to help people. Her main areas of interest are treating ingrown toe nails, fungal nail infections and heavy callus. Emma explains, “It sounds odd to have an interest in these pathologies but I find pure job satisfaction in helping resolve these issues with all of my patients”. Her other main area of interest is Medical Pedicures and this is an area she would like to develop within Reid Podiatry.
As part of her professional activities, Emma keeps up to date with continuous professional development and keeps a portfolio of her learning and says “I find this such an important aspect of my job, the need to update and keep up with changes in current aspects of providing foot health”. Emma is a member of the British Association of Foot Health practitioners affiliated by the SMAE Institute. She is fully insured, first aid qualified, and DBS checked.
Laura Martin DipFH
Foot Health Practitioner
Since qualifying as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2020, Laura has continued her dedication to the profession by ensuring she always applies best practice, maintaining professional standards and working on Continuing Professional Development as part of the Alliance of Private Sector Practitioners.
Laura takes a special interest in routine footcare for patients who are not able to care for their own feet any longer.
With a specialism of Thai Foot Massage, Laura’s main aim is to ensure her patients are relaxed and comfortable during their appointments.
Rob joined us as receptionist and front office following a career in manufacturing. He is a vital member of the team providing a friendly and efficient service to our patients. He also is a vital support to the clinical team. His role is paramount to the smooth running of the clinic.
Margaret has 6 years experience working as Receptionist and then Reception Manager for a busy Chiropractic Clinic in Sutton Coldfield and over 14 years experience working as Call Centre Manager then Office Manager, in a very fast paced environment. Margaret brings to her role at Reid Podiatry a wealth of experience and above all her positive and helpful disposition.
